News

The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help fund cancer research during this crisis.

Thousands of cancer diagnoses are being missed each week. Cancer wont stop during the COVID-19 outbreak and neither will we.

Investment in medical research is needed more than ever.

Sign up  to participate in the 2.6 challenge!

This campaign  to help save UK charities will launch on Sunday 26 April, 2020By signing up, you will raise vital funds that will ensure that our projects continue to receive the funding they need.

Join our team!

There are two ways you can join in and support us:

This is a challenge for all ages and abilities.

All you need to do is think of an activity based around the numbers 26 or 2.6 that suits your skills and complete it on or from Sunday 26 April. This could be something as simple as pledging to run 2.6 miles as your daily exercise to doing 26 minutes of yoga, or hopping on one leg for 26 minutes (or maybe just 2.6 minutes for little feet) non-stop.

There are no rules - apart from keeping safe and following  Government guidelines.

Here are some ideas and inspiration for you and for the family

Or, if you prefer, you can just make a donation  instead of taking part in a challenge.

And you can spread the goodwill by nominating others!

Get your family and friends involved by nominating them to do your challenge or to come up with their own! You will raise more vital funds while staying connected and having fun.

If each one of us nominates 3 others, we will certainly multiply the impact!

Don’t forget to share the ideas! On social media using #TwoPointSixChallenge and #criscanceruk

Let’s do this together!
