Why partner with us?

Are you a corporate organisation looking to partner with a charity that is investing in valuable life-saving research to benefit all our communities? Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the world with 1 in 2 people expected to be diagnosed with cancer in the UK. By donating to this cause, you are connecting with a large audience of people affected by cancer.

You get to tell your story to our special CRIS community even as you invest in life-saving research.

Ways to partner with us

1. One time or regular donations

2. Strategic Philanthropy Through Funding Specific Projects

Choose from one of many adult or paediatric cancer research projects that are CRIS is currently funding. Follow the progress of the project with regular updates through the year.

Alternately if your CSR is inclined towards education and training, fund one of our fellowship programmes to support researchers who is engaging in translational research or research that has direct clinical applications and follow his/ her progress.

3. Cause Related Marketing

Enhance your CSR profile and reach more customers through our fundraising events; get visibility for your brand with our wide selection of professional and personal contacts. Marketing or sponsorship packages can be tailored to your organisation’s objectives, providing a package of media features such as advertising in our event brochure, sponsorship of CRIS events.

Contact us for sponsorship information for our Annual Fundraising Ball which is an exclusive event that is a great networking opportunity for leaders of industry and other professionals. We are currently planning our 10th anniversary ball to be held at the fantastic Great Room, Grosvenor House, London on 13th November 2021.

You can also participate in the event by purchasing a Corporate table at the event – a great way to express your support to a valuable cause even as you host your clients or employees.

4. Employee giving or Payroll giving

Encourage your employees to make regular donations. They can do this individually by signing up as a Give Every Month (GEM) donor or you can support us by setting up Payroll Giving. Payroll Giving is a way of giving money to charity without paying tax on it. It must be paid through PAYE from someone’s wages or pension. Contact a Payroll Giving agency to set up a scheme. The donation will be taken from your employees’ pay before tax but after National Insurance. Send the donations to your agency – they’ll pass them on to the chosen charities.

5. Employee Fundraising Challenges

Fundraising at work is fun, motivating and great for staff morale. We offer our own events for you to take part in, can tailor events to suit you, or simply support your events and ideas. Whichever route you choose, we’ll champion you all the way, providing advice, fundraising materials and help with media coverage.

We can work with you to develop a calendar of fundraising events and help communicate the partnership aims to your staff. We have a wealth of fun and innovative fundraising ideas that provide an easy and cost-effective way to raise money to help life-saving research. These include events such as ONYABIKE, the Beet Cancer Challenge and the Royal Parks Half marathon.

We think your market and our audience are a perfect match. Ensure the loyalty of your existing customers and resonate with new ones – all while you help us help the children and families smile a little wider.
