Annual Ball

Adult cancer

Our last annual ball (10TH NOVEMBER, 2018), A Night for Revolution, was an outstanding success!  Thanks to your immense generosity we have been able to exceed last year’s total and raise an incredible £556,200 net.

This amount will go directly towards the new immunotherapy team at the ICR, which CRIS has committed to funding in full. THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT.

We would like to extend our special appreciation to RJ O’Brian for their sponsorship of the ball, to Stacy Ciauri, Ximo Peris and Eduardo Marti for donating their creative expertise to produce the wonderful videos and slides, and to our TrusteesBall Committeedonors and volunteers for their time, energy, enthusiasm and dedication. Their combined generosity and hard work allowed us to create a truly spectacular event, whilst ensuring that costs were kept to an absolute minimum.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Professor Kevin Harrington of the ICR for his enlightening speech on the real and exciting potential of immunotherapy as the future for cancer treatment, as well as to Matt Spence for sharing the story of his inspirational journey to full recovery, as a result of a clinical trial.

Through your collective dedication, we have accomplished so much, but we must continue to fight until, together, we defeat cancer.  Keep the (R)evolution going!
