This morning, members of the Cris Cancer UK team were given the opportunity to get an insight into the work funded by Cris at the prestigious Institute of Cancer Research (ICR), UK.
This visit to one of the most influential research organisations in the world provided us with a fascinating overview of the work of the ICR, it’s cutting-edge research accomplishments and success stories. It also involved an informative visit to one of their labs focussed on immunotherapy. We were impressed with what we heard and saw even as we were inspired to keep doing what we do as partners in the fight to beat cancer.
